announce……firstly a Gardening Group, which is an
opportunity for those with any growing space from
patio pots to allotments to gardens big or small,
whether you’re growing your own for the first time
or experienced, to get together and share
information, tips, seeds and even produce.

monthly meeting hosted by Kenny–Lee Lewis which is
entitled ‘Freeman on the Land’. For more

After a successful first workshop at
Equilibrium on 4th July – Eileen Hutchinson who is

Therapist & Spiritual Healer will be coming back on
27th September to run another NLP & Spirituality
day, which will show you how to link with your
spiritual self and personal energy and give you
tools to work on yourself & others. Suitable for
those totally new to NLP or seasoned practitioners
